Women’s Ministry at LWCC exists to encourage women to grow as disciples of Christ through understanding and application of God’s Word and deepening of our friendships with other women for fellowship and accountability.

 

We want to provide a safe environment for women to share their concerns with one another and be supported through prayer and practical ways. We want to offer hope by providing biblical solutions to problems that women face. It is our desire to obey God’s command in Titus 2:3-5 -“Older women are to be reverent in their behavior…teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.” (NASB)

 

Our vision is to see the lives of women at LWCC changed to reflect Christlike character, equipped to disciple other women and empowered to fulfill God’s calling in their lives.
