COVID 19 UPDATES

LWCC Sunday Worship Service at Willoughby Christian Reformed Church – 20525 72 Avenue, Langley, BC at 1:30 PM.

 
Please make sure we follow these Guidelines and Protocols:
1. If you or any member of your family is sick, please stay at home and join the live-stream of our online worship service. Do not attend if you have had contact with someone in the past two weeks who may have COVID-19 or had contact with someone who has been in contact with others who have or are suspected of having the virus.
2. A pre-health check must be filled out prior to attending service.
3. Maximum group size in the building is 30 people. We request all family to sit together during our worship service.
4. Ushers will guide people as they enter the building, with necessary checks on health as well as ensuring use of hand sanitizers. Please sit on designated pews behind the flower mark.
5. Observe social distancing of 2 meters at all times – No hugging and shaking of hands.
6. Mask is mandatory with the exception of:
a) Under the age of 12 years
b) Unable to put on or remove a face covering without the assistance of another person
c) A psychological, behavioral or health conditions or a physical, cognitive or mental impairment.
6. Tithes and offering to be put in designated box. You can also give your donations through E-Transfer at livingw@shaw. ca.
7. If you like to attend our Sunday Worship Service, please RSVP by registering in our church website at lwcchurch.ca.
8. Do not share food, drinks, utensils and dishes.
9. Sanitize all high contact parts of the building i.e. doorknobs, chairs etc.
10. Proper hygiene practices such as covering mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing, avoid touching face, etc. are to be observed.
11. Use of washrooms for emergency use only. Only one user of the washroom at a time unless assistance is needed by the family member.
12. Lobby is off-limit at this time. No walking around inside the building except the sanctuary.
13. Once Sunday Service is done, we request all our people to go home. Avoid congregating on the Exit Door and in parking areas.
14. Keep the building facilities clean and tidy.
